The Acceptance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate site acceptance by facilitating collaboration among project coordinators, field teams, and clients. This position is responsible for documenting, reviewing, and uploading project deliverables to various client portals, verifying compliance with industry standards, and facilitating the closure of projects.

Our work hours are aligned with AEST, typically from 6 AM to 1:30 PM PST (or 7 AM to 2:30 PM PST), Monday to Friday. We also adapt to daylight savings time. For probationary staff, we monitor performance closely for three months. During this period, we provide hands-on training and support to ensure you’re set up for success in your role.

For planned long leaves, please inform both the company and client at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensure coverage. For emergency leaves, as long as you provide valid justification, we will honor your request. Staff are entitled to 10 days of personal leave and 5 days of sick leave annually.
