To apply, simply submit your application. HR will review it and provide feedback within 7 working days. We then conduct an initial phone interview as part of the assessment process. If selected, you’ll move on to a personal interview with the Operations Manager. Once the pool of candidates is narrowed down, we will present the final candidates to the client, including our impression based on the interview. The client can approve the candidate or request an additional interview. We will keep you updated on your status, whether or not you are selected for the position.

We post job opportunities on a hiring platform where each role has a detailed position description. This ensures you know the requirements and expectations of the role you’re applying for.

Feedback is essential at Custocreate, which is why we conduct quarterly evaluations to ensure you’re on the right track and have the support you need for continued success.

We conduct quarterly performance evaluations based on your progress and the KPIs set for your role. These evaluations help us identify areas of strength and growth.

Through regular evaluations, we assess your professional growth and identify opportunities for career advancement within Custocreate. We are committed to supporting your development.

Yes, we encourage direct communication with clients. We believe in fostering transparency and effective collaboration between our staff and clients.

Our work hours are aligned with AEST, typically from 6 AM to 1:30 PM PST (or 7 AM to 2:30 PM PST), Monday to Friday. We also adapt to daylight savings time. Weekend work is only required upon client request. We aim to provide a balance that allows you to maintain your well-being while meeting client
needs.

For probationary staff, we monitor performance closely for three months. During this period, we provide hands-on training and support to ensure you’re set up for success in your role.

We offer a competitive salary range, along with health maintenance organization (HMO) benefits and an annual performance bonus.

We take feedback seriously and address any concerns promptly. If you face challenges, we encourage open communication to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

We are always open to feedback. You can share your thoughts with HR or directly with the Operations Manager, and we will work together to improve the work environment and processes.

For planned long leaves, please inform both the company and client at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensure coverage. For emergency leaves, as long as you provide valid justification, we will honor your request. Staff are entitled to 10 days of personal leave and 5 days of sick leave annually.
